Job Description:

We're seeking an Investor Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process for our valued investors.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with onboarding teams and administrators to streamline the investor onboarding journey.
  2. Guide new and existing investors through the onboarding process and manage the review of existing investors, adhering to global policies and local regulations.
  3. Validate/update the investor data in the referential systems.
  4. Review and partner with internal tax teams on FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) topics.
  5. Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional investor experience.
  6. Coordinate and resolve internal and external queries and execute various types of ad-hoc requests.
  7. Support the team in various ongoing projects, particularly in terms of process enhancements and system development.
Qualifications
  1. KV degree (or equivalent).
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably within asset management.
  3. Working knowledge of AML/Compliance regulations.
  4. Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Home Office: After the successful probation period, you will meet your colleagues three days in the office and have the option to work two days a week in the home office in Switzerland. Additionally, you get a Home Office allowance.
