Si vous êtes passionné par le monde du digital, que vous cherchez constamment à apprendre et à enrichir vos compétences, alors vous êtes celui/celle que nous recherchons Vous ferez partie de l'équipe de Digital Solutions et serez impliqué dans des projets innovants.

Votre rôle
  • Mettre en place, configurer, gérer, administrer et améliorer les logiciels JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Service Management et les principaux modules complémentaires de tiers.
  • Aider les clients à configurer et à documenter leurs instances JIRA et Confluence.
  • Collaborer avec les clients pour créer des règles d'automatisation de projets, de workflows, des écrans, des tableaux de bord et des rapports personnalisés.
  • Gérer des éléments de configuration complexes tels que des workflows de projets, des schémas d'écran, des schémas de permission et des schémas de notification.
  • Fournir les meilleures pratiques de configuration et des conseils aux clients pour éviter les erreurs et les problèmes courants.
  • Installer et personnaliser des modules complémentaires, des plugins et des applications tiers pour les produits Atlassian afin d'étendre leurs fonctionnalités (Portfolio pour JIRA, Tempo, Insight, etc.).
  • Assister d'autres administrateurs et utilisateurs, si nécessaire, pour assurer l'efficacité de la solution mise en œuvre.
Vos connaissances
  • Au moins 3+ ans d'expérience dans la configuration et l'administration des produits Atlassian tels que JIRA Software, Confluence, JIRA Service Management, et les principaux add-ons tiers.
  • Maîtriser le SDLC, ITIL et les cadres agiles de manière conceptuelle et pratique.
  • Une expérience pratique de Linux et Azure est un plus.
  • Une certification Atlassian est un plus.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement complexe et en constante évolution, avec un encadrement limité.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs clients et produits livrables à tout moment grâce à une gestion du temps et une préparation efficaces.
  • Bonne éthique de travail et capacité à collaborer avec diverses équipes en Europe.
  • Sensible aux demandes internes et externes.
  • Faire preuve de solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
