Description du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un Designer Structure ATA 38 pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique spécialisée dans la conception et le développement de systèmes de gestion des eaux et de toilettes pour l’industrie aéronautique. Vous aurez un rôle clé dans la conception, la maintenance et l’optimisation des systèmes d’eau potable, de vidange, et des toilettes conformément aux normes ATA 38.

Il aura pour mission de :

  1. Développer et optimiser les systèmes d'alimentation en eau potable, de rinçage, de vidange et d'évacuation dans les avions.
  2. Collaborer avec les équipes de maintenance pour définir les protocoles d’entretien courant et la vidange des systèmes.
  3. Concevoir des systèmes de toilettes fiables et efficaces, en assurant leur intégration optimale dans l’architecture de l’avion.
  4. Prendre en charge les aspects liés à la corrosion des systèmes hydrauliques et de toilettes, en choisissant les matériaux et procédés les plus adaptés pour garantir la durabilité et la sécurité.
  5. Travailler avec les équipes d’ingénieurs, d'analystes et de techniciens pour assurer la conformité aux normes aéronautiques et l'optimisation des performances des systèmes ATA 38.

Qualifications requises :

  1. Diplôme en ingénierie mécanique, aéronautique ou équivalent.
  2. 6 ans d'expérience minimum dans la conception de systèmes hydrauliques ou de gestion des eaux, de préférence dans le secteur aéronautique.
  3. Connaissance approfondie des normes ATA 38.
  4. Compétences en analyse des matériaux, notamment en gestion de la corrosion.
  5. Esprit d'équipe, rigueur et autonomie.

Informations supplémentaires

Déroulé de la mission :

- 6 mois de grand déplacement en Suisse avec du télétravail (1 à 2 fois par semaine).

- Retour à Toulouse dans le Bureau d'études SEGULA après les 6 mois.
