The Role We are searching for an exceptional, entrepreneurial leader to partner with the executive team and take ownership of critical growth vectors. This is a dynamic, high-impact role for a self-starter who is ready to move beyond corporate structure and drive value from Day One. If you are driven by ownership, impact, and the challenge of building a company in the highly competitive and tax‑efficient hub of Zug, this is your chance. What We Are Looking For You will drive key strategic initiatives and deliver operational excellence across a range of business areas. Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating high initiative and a drive to build systems, processes, and products from the ground up. Key Qualifications Excellent academic performance Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Adaptability to fast‑paced environments Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling Mobility and flexibility Experience in consulting or startups is a significant advantage. Location Zug, Switzerland Eligibility Must be a Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen (residency in Zug required). Package Competitive base salary + generous token allocation.
