Au sein de l’équipe Marketing (7 personnes), sous la responsabilité de la Senior Product Manager et avec des missions en direct avec la Head of Marketing, vous mènerez à bien les missions suivantes :

  • Gestion des produits existants : garant du discours produit sur tous nos canaux de communication en développant des outils de référence pour les équipes, mise à jour des packagings et validation des BAT, participation à la mise en place de la nouvelle identité visuelle de la marque.
  • Développement produit : participation à la définition du pipe innovation à 3 ans en réalisant des analyses de marché, ou de concurrence, implication dans le processus de développement produit.
  • Lancement produit : coordonner les besoins 360 (e-commerce, amazon, réseaux sociaux, newsletter…) pour réaliser les shootings de lancement avec une agence externe, développer kit de lancement (visuels, discours, claims …)
  • Marketing B2C : stratégie relations publiques et développement des dossiers de presse, gestion des partenariats avec les associations.
  • Veille concurrentielle régulière sur les marchés online / offline, la presse consommateur / professionnelle et étude des marchés à l’international (export)

Profil souhaité :

  • Diplômé en master école de commerce / IAE, école d’ingénieur ou pharmacien avec une spécialisation marketing.
  • Une première expérience significative en marketing produit, idéalement dans le domaine de la santé ou beauté.
  • Vous avez des compétences analytiques comme les études de marché (distributeur et consommateur), mais aussi de gestion de projet avec collaborateurs internes ou externes.
  • Allemand serait un bel atout, Français courant, anglais professionnel.

Soft skills :

  • Vous êtes curieux(se) et vous efforcez de comprendre au mieux les marchés offline /online et parcours patients (prescripteurs, pharmaciens, consommateurs)
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation, dynamisme, rigueur, créativité, goût du challenge mais également pour votre esprit collaboratif.
  • Vous souhaitez évoluer dans une structure à taille humaine avec un environnement dynamique, vous savez rebondir en cas de changement ou d’imprévu et êtes orienté(e) solution.
