Pour le compte de notre client, nous recherchons un:e architect:e et Directeur:trice des travaux sénior.

L'entreprise est un bureau d'architecture et de planification réputé en Suisse. Elle travaille sur divers projets dans les domaines de l'architecture, de l'urbanisme et de l'aménagement intérieur. L'accent est mis sur des conceptions innovantes, la durabilité et la fonctionnalité. L'entreprise prend en charge à la fois des projets publics et privés et accorde une grande importance à la collaboration avec les clients pour trouver des solutions adaptées. L'équipe se compose de professionnels expérimentés, créatifs et engagés.

Votre tâche

Vos tâches comprennent la planification des coûts et la gestion des appels d'offres et des adjudications. Avec l'équipe de projet, vous optimisez l'avancement des travaux, établissez le calendrier, contrôlez les coûts et surveillez le respect des exigences contractuelles. Ce faisant, vous êtes en contact direct avec le propriétaire du projet et représentez l'image positive de l'entreprise.

Votre talent

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'architecture HES ou EPF ou d'une formation de dessinateur:trice en bâtiment ou de technicien/ne ES. Idéalement, vous disposez d'environ cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la gestion de la construction et avez de solides connaissances en matière d'élaboration d'appels d'offres et de réalisation de soumissions. Vous devez également être familier avec l'organisation financière des chantiers, notamment avec l'utilisation du logiciel Messerli, et avoir une solide compréhension des normes suisses SIA. Un goût prononcé pour la gestion des relations avec les clients et une bonne maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit complètent votre profil.
