We look for a Senior Program Manager (Biologics Manufacturing)
Location: Lengnau (Bern) – Switzerland / onsite

You as Senior Program Manager, will be responsible for the management of several Contract Manufacturing and Development Organization projects.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver all stages of the project within a matrix organization supporting the introduction of new products for cGMP manufacturing, process validation and clinical and commercial supply programs.
  2. Resolve project team issues and facilitate decision making within the team. Drive progress to completion to the required standard (both internally and with the customer).
  3. Communicate regularly with the business, technical and customer teams. Track and report on critical program achievements. Handle progress, issues, and risks.
  4. Track and handle the financial aspects of the project including achievement payments, pass through costs and FTE estimates to ensure that we are timely and on budget.
Your Qualifications
  1. BSc in a relevant scientific field. Higher education (Graduate degree, MBA) in Biological/Biotech is helpful.
  2. Certification highly recommended (PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
  3. Experience in related industry (>10 years).
  4. Experience in a project management role, preferably responsible for customer programs in a contract manufacturing organization with significant business impact (>5 years).
  5. Familiarity with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical product lifecycles and experience leading sophisticated, cross-functional programs is required.
  6. Shown success using excellent technical, interpersonal and time management skills to deliver projects to meet all partner expectations.
  7. Shown experience in project management including timeline & potentially budget management, communication plans, proactive risk prevention, action tracking and project plans.
  8. Strong knowledge of GMP and good understanding of Process Development.
