Aufgabengebiet Sie sind für die Überwachung und Freigabe der Rohstoffe und Endprodukte verantwortlich Sie begleiten die Produktion bei Fragen, Innovationen und Optimierungen, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten. Sie erstellen und aktualisieren Risikoanalysen und sind für die Einhaltung aller Standards und Labels (Bio, Fairtrade, Halal, Kosher) verantwortlich. Sie führen Deklarationsprüfungen durch und bearbeiten Kundenanfragen im Qualitätsbereich. Sie entwickeln das Q-System weiter, setzen es um und unterstützen bei Audits und Schulungen.
