The headquarters are located in Haag (Switzerland), the production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania and Taiwan.Our Team In Haag, Switzerland Is Looking For YouProduct Quality EngineerYOUR CHALLENGESCoordination and processing of customer complaintsQuality responsibility for innovation and relocation projects, in particular breaking down customer requirements into quality plans, monitoring O-plan elements (in process check, initial sample inspections, traceability, Q-evidence documents, etc.)Responsible for the execution of D-FMEASupport in P-FMEASupport in change requestsExecution of internal and external auditsExecution of quality trainingFurther development and improvement of processesSupport product management during customer visits and customer auditsYOUR COMPETENCIESCompleted education as a quality specialist / quality managerBachelor degree in electrical & electronical and/or mechanical engineeringExperience in MEMS quality managementBasic technical education with solid work experienceSeveral years of experience in quality management, customer complaints and advance quality planningKnowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, Ishikawa, 3-legged 5 why, Fishbone diagram, SPC, etc.Systematic, methodical and solution-oriented approach to workHigh grade of independenceWillingness to expand knowledgeAbility to work in a teamVery good knowledge of written and spoken German and EnglishGood computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What You Can ExpectA modern and successful company where innovation, courage, fairness, openness and transparency are encouraged and your ideas are welcomeDemanding and varied field of activity in which you can developGood onboarding and a motivated team so that you are successful and have funFlat hierarchies and short decision pathsInterested?
