Agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005 and specialized in the industry. We work in the Life Science Energy Infrastructure Transportation Chemicals sectors. With a true entrepreneur mindset you actively shape the success and growth of agap2 Switzerlands Life Science division. You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants. Tasks Management of the entire business life cycle managementClients sourcingSales strategy definitionSet up lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-maker in the IndustryContracts negotiation Management of the talent acquisition processCandidates sourcingRecruitment strategy definitionSet up lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degreesCandidates closingSignature of full-time contracts Management of a team of consultantsCareer plans managementPeople managementBusiness unit management Requirements MSc in Management Economics or Business Administration.
