As a specialist for electronic trading, MACD has been successfully developing products and services for financial institutions for more than 25 years.

We are market leader in trading connectivity in Switzerland. More than 60 banks and stock exchanges across Europe trust in our comprehensive range of services in software development, project management, consulting, hosting and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and coordinating internal and external project teams
  • Managing and planning technical projects from initiation through requirements analysis, deployment, to technical implementation
  • Ensuring project quality in collaboration with all project stakeholders
  • Managing risks and issues throughout the entire project
  • Reporting status information to internal and external parties
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer to the organization at the end of the project
Qualifications:
  • You have experience in leading technical projects and have successfully completed them.
  • You possess a solid knowledge of common project management methodologies.
  • You are enthusiastic about direct customer contact and excel as a reliable and competent point of contact.
  • As an engaged leader, you promote knowledge sharing within teams.
  • Ideally, you have previously worked in the financial sector.
  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration (from a university or university of applied sciences).
  • You have a very good command of both English and German, spoken and written.
