Your mission
  • Du unterstützt die Bereichs- und Ressortleitung in allen administrativen sowie strategischen Aufgaben rund um den Einkauf und deren Terminkalender.
  • Mit Deinen ausgeprägten Excel-Kenntnissen erstellst und pflegst Du detaillierte Analysen, Reports und Auswertungen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung.
  • Du koordinierst Meetings, erstellst Protokolle und stellst einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern sicher.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung strategischer Einkaufsprojekte mit und unterstützt das Corporate Procurement-Team.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Evaluierung von Lieferanten und beobachtest Markttrends, um Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren und umzusetzen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um Einkaufsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und zu standardisieren.
Your profile
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung (1-3 Jahre) in einer Assistenzfunktion oder im Einkauf ist von Vorteil.
  • Hervorragende Excel-Kenntnisse, inklusive Pivot-Tabellen, komplexer Formeln und Datenvisualisierung.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Detailgenauigkeit.
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und teamfähige Arbeitsweise.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Starkes Interesse an strategischem Einkauf und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung.
