We are looking for a Property Assistant to be employed full time for one of our clients based in Switzerland.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing corporate and residential property inventories
- Property inspections & report writing
- Assist all outside vendors with property issues
- Solving all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
- Supervising all property staff
- Liaising with tenants to deal with issues that arise such as planned and reactive maintenance
- Liaising with contractors, tenants, and the client to organise and agree on works
- Ensuring that compliance is met
- Rent collection and chasing rent arrears
- Dealing with check-ins/ check-outs
- Diarise and organising renewals
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 year’s experience in a Property Assistant role
- Thorough knowledge in all aspects of the Lettings process and regulation
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent standard of verbal and written English and Swiss
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
