Internship – Third Party Risk Management Assistant (12 months)

As part of the Information Risk & Data Protection (IRDP) team in the Second Line of Defense, you will be trained on concepts and contribute to the management of risk analyses of external vendor services by assisting the Third Party & Outsourcing Risk Manager.

YOUR MISSION:

  1. Assist the Third Party Risk Manager in the adoption and evaluation of new services, particularly by helping with coordination and maintaining internal records;
  2. Co-responsible for the 2025 monitoring of outsourcing and following up with coordination of the process, including various documents to fill out, due diligence to send to the provider, and follow-up of the review with Subject Matter Experts;
  3. Participate in risk assessment meetings;
  4. Contribute to a project for automating the Third Party Risk Management & Outsourcing processes.

YOUR PROFILE:

  1. Graduate (or currently studying) in the field of Cyber Security, IT, Finance, and/or Risk Management.
  2. Team spirit and service orientation with the ability to work independently.
  3. Strong analytical skills and task management, including multitasking, until completion.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Interest in dynamic environments.
  6. Interest in risk management.
  7. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  8. Good level of English and French.
  9. Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
