We are looking for you to strengthen our commercial project team in Schlieren and Muttenz. If you are a project commercial or project cost controller (m/f/d) with a strong interest in contract-related project topics and are looking for a new challenge, then you are exactly the right person for us

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  1. Set-up of the project in SAP as well as all reports & subsystems for project management.
  2. Keeping monthly cost control: Timely and regular preparation and follow-up of project forecasts and internal business reports for the project incl. monthly project reviews to management.
  3. Responsible for compliance and follow-up of all commercial aspects within project execution and timely reporting according to internal regulations (e.g. cash flow, late payments, potential litigation, budget overruns, etc.).
  4. Support with all commercial topics during the entire project life cycle - from the offer phase to the warranty phase.
  5. Participation in contract and change order negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
  6. Participation in the preparation of the risk analysis with regard to commercial, financial and tax aspects.
  7. Supervision of the procurement package for the projects (forecast, SAP ordering process, supplier registration) incl. participation in contract award negotiations.

Show your expertise

  1. Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable course of studies or comparable commercial training.
  2. 2-5 years of professional experience in the field of commercial project management.
  3. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  4. Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, are absolutely necessary.
  5. Good MS Office skills.
  6. Analytical thinking & independent working style.
  7. Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, proactive behavior, and flexibility.
