Senior Operations Analyst – Wealth Management (Zurich, Switzerland)

Cognizant is expanding its team and seeking flexible, full-time Senior Operations Analysts in Wealth Management. This hybrid banking and financial services role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
- Oversee and manage Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.
- Ensure efficient operations across the Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices and high performance.
- Collaborate with global teams to facilitate seamless asset and securities transfers.
- Guarantee timely settlement of client transactions in global markets.
Skills and Experience:
- Profound experience in securities settlements, including capturing, instructing, and monitoring orders.
- In-depth understanding of securities markets, particularly custodian bank functions.
- Expertise in SWIFT messaging, specifically MT54x settlement instructions.
- Strong F2B knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with processing knowledge of confirmations and settlements.
- Understanding of the securities domain, including corporate actions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic German and fluent English proficiency.
