Your mission at Climeworks is to own the safety vision for Climeworks and breed safety as a value through the company. You will be required to develop strategic vision as well as design and implement systems that will scale with Climeworks as we grow.

You will:

  1. Develop and implement strategic health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) plans and policies across the organization.
  2. Design, develop and implement HSSE programs across all Climeworks operations: Corporate, workplace, construction, production, testing, and R&D facilities.
  3. Liaise with regulatory bodies in all jurisdictions with which Climeworks operates.
  4. Ensure safety standards of Climeworks vendors.
  5. Train and sustain safety programs developed by the team.
  6. Provide executive reporting of safety statistics and actions taken.
