MEMS Process Integration Manager • 80‑100% role at Sensirion Responsibilities Continuously develop and optimize production processes. Take technical responsibility for MEMS processing within part of our product portfolio. Act as key driver for continuous improvement, yield optimization, and throughput enhancement. Serve as central interface within MEMS Operations and across adjacent departments. What You Bring Along Degree in microsystems engineering, physics, electrical engineering, or materials science. Team player with strong self‑motivation, excellent communication, and leadership skills. Solid understanding of production topics, manufacturing and business processes (MES, ERP, databases). Professional experience in a production‑related environment, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
