  • With your expertise and experience, you will continuously develop and optimize our production processes
  • You will take technical responsibility for MEMS processing within part of our product portfolio
  • You will be a key driver for continuous improvement, yield optimization, and throughput enhancement
  • You will act as a central interface within MEMS Operations and across adjacent departments

What You Bring Along

  • A degree in microsystems engineering, physics, electrical engineering, or materials science
  • You are a team player with strong self-motivation, excellent communication, and leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of production topics, manufacturing and business processes (MES, ERP, databases)
  • Professional experience in a production-related environment, ideally within the semiconductor industry
