MEMS Process Engineer: Lithography • 90-100% Join Sensirion as a MEMS Process Engineer focused on lithography. In this full‑time role, you will develop, implement, and optimise lithography processes in a high‑volume cleanroom environment. Responsibilities Develop new lithography processes and expertise on existing and new high‑volume tools. Identify root causes to solve production issues. Implement new lithography processes in mass production. Oversee the entire process chain and drive continuous process improvements. What Awaits You Hands‑on work in the cleanroom and data analysis up to process release. Challenging work with creative freedom in a motivated, interdisciplinary team. Significant contribution to the quality of our processes and sensors. Work at the heart of our products, the CMOSens® chip. What You Bring Along Master’s degree in engineering science (microtechnology, electrical engineering, material science, etc.). Sound understanding of systems, processes and interrelationships in a microtechnology environment. Enjoy working with complex production systems and taking responsibility for processes.
