As a Junior Commercial Controlling Coordinator (temporary contract for 1 year), you will be an essential part of our Controlling and Pricing team in Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the field of data management and commercial processes. The position could be located in Kemptthal or Milan.


In this exciting role you will be responsible for:


Data Management:

  1. Help maintain and improve the quality of commercial data.
  2. Support your colleagues by providing training and assistance, ensuring smooth operations.
  3. Conduct monthly checks and organize yearly updates to keep our data accurate.

Rebate Agreements:

  1. Assist in implementing and managing the rebate process.
  2. Help organize annual rebate setups and validate calculations.

Ad Hoc Projects:

  1. Participate in special projects and analyses that support our strategic goals.

Your professional profile includes:

  1. You have a college/university degree and with 2 – 3 years of work experience
  2. Fluent in English (speaking and writing); knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus
  3. Comfortable with systems and analytical tools, especially Excel.
  4. SAP user experience
  5. A team player who enjoys collaborating with others and is eager to learn.
  6. Organized and able to manage your time effectively.
  7. Result oriented, hands-on attitude and communicative
