We invite you to apply if you are ready to take the next step.Your main tasks and responsibilities:Support the Inventory Manager in managing onsite WIP, non-working WIP, speculative inventory, and customer rotor storage, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation across all categoriesCoordinate the movement of inventory items through the facility during repair cycles, maintaining visibility and updating stakeholders on progress and statusDevelop and maintain cost estimates for speculative inventory items requiring repair, working closely with technical teams to validate scope and feasibilityManage offsite rotor storage inventory, including conducting inventory counts, assessing item condition, and coordinating project releasesTravel to offsite locations as needed to perform audits, inspections, and support inventory-related activitiesMaintain accurate records of inventory status, movement, and condition across ERP systemTo succeed in this role, you will need:Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred4+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or operationsStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems (ERP experience preferred)Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsWhat we offer you:11 Paid Holidays15 Paid Time off (PTO) DaysMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability401k with 6% company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Wellness ProgramBonus ProgramsNew onsite cafeteria, all meals subsidized (La Porte Service Center)No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
