Parts Engineer Responsibilities: Identify engine parts ensuring highest level of data quality and response time for quotations and orders Act as technical contact for parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities Build and maintain processes and procedures for parts operation support Advise inventory planning as regards to obsolete stock and design messages Structure code resolution for industry leading as-built data structures Ensure training and knowledge sharing of local and international teams Provide input and maintenance ideas on SAP S/4 HANA development requirements related to the stated responsibilities Requirements: Completed vocational technical training or equivalent education. Preferably further training as a technical marine engine specialist or technical merchant with federal certificate Minimum 10 years' experience working with Two Stroke engines (technical/engineering) High level of commitment, self-motivated and team player Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and all levels of employees. High Technical understanding A deep and long understanding of Two Stroke engine technology Field Service experience is considered a plus To understand technical and commercial specifications and drawings in English.
