Formations

De formation BAC +5 (école d'ingénieur, école de commerce, université…), vous disposez d’une expérience de minimum 5 ans, sur des missions similaires au sein d’un cabinet de conseil ou d’une entreprise de services du numérique.

Langue: Français et anglais.

Mobilité: Déplacements à l’international à prendre en considération.

Compétences: Connaissances d'une ou plusieurs solutions Retail POS (Cegid Y2, Oracle Retail POS/Micros …) et/ou E-commerce (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento ...)

Poste & responsabilités

Pour accompagner la croissance de notre Cabinet de conseil, nous recrutons un IT Digital Consultant.

En tant qu'IT Digital Consultant, vous accompagnerez les clients d’Adone Conseil Suisse dans l’implémentation d’outils POS (ERP POS, solutions d’encaissement, applications de gestion des files d’attente et rendez-vous, etc.) ou solutions Web/App/E-commerce.

Vous aurez la responsabilité des actions suivantes :

  • Analyse, formalisation et refonte des processus métier
  • Animation d’ateliers et recueil des besoins utilisateurs
  • Rédaction des cahiers des charges et des spécifications fonctionnelles en tenant compte des besoins métiers
  • Choix et déploiement de solutions informatiques
  • Assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage et pilotage de projet (planning, budgets, reporting…)
  • Coordination des équipes projet
  • Accompagnement des utilisateurs (rédaction de la documentation et des livrables, animation des formations…)
