About Our Client
Our client is a single family office.
Job Description
- Respond to KYC requests;
- Prepare notices, proxies, and minutes of board of directors, shareholders, and investment committee meetings;
- Prepare various legal and financial documentation (SPA, NDA, loan agreements, subscription documents, etc.);
- Prepare bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation;
- Coordinate signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up;
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 2 to 5 years in a similar position in a family office, trust company, or similar company;
- Excellent command of English and French;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
