Notre client international actif dans le domaine pharmaceutique recherche un Continuous Improvement Manager pour rejoindre son équipe. La société est située dans le canton de Genève. Vos responsabilités Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation opérationnelle d’un site de production dynamique. Vous allez identifier les leviers d’optimisation, renforcer la performance industrielle et réduire les coûts, tout en veillant au respect strict des standards qualité et sécurité. Vous interviendrez auprès de différents départements et piloterez des projets transverses à fort impact. 🎯 Pilotage de l’amélioration continue 🤝 Collaboration & gestion des parties prenantes 📊 Gestion de projets & programmesStructurer, planifier et exécuter le portefeuille de projets du site, incluant les initiatives Lean, les programmes d’amélioration continue et les projets CAPEX. 🚀 Amélioration de la productivitéMettre en œuvre des initiatives visant à réduire les temps de cycle, améliorer l’OEE et augmenter les rendements, tout en maîtrisant les pertes.Garantir que les gains de productivité s’inscrivent dans les exigences réglementaires et qualité. 💰 Programmes de réduction des coûts Votre profil Formation supérieure en pharmacie, génie chimique, génie industriel ou domaine similaire. Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en environnement industriel, idéalement pharmaceutique. Maîtrise des procédés de production, des outils statistiques et des méthodologies Lean. Certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt requise (Black Belt appréciée). Connaissance des méthodologies de déploiement stratégique (OKR, Hoshin Kanri) est un plus.
