Job Description:

For our client, an actively growing Real Estate company, offering turnkey services in the broad area of real estate investment, we are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist. This role focuses on developing a strong network of professional investors, including family offices, independent wealth managers, banks, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), focusing on Zurich’s financial ecosystem. The Investor Relations Manager will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage relationships with professional investors in the Swiss-German region, focusing on Zurich’s financial ecosystem (family offices, independent wealth managers, private banks, and HNWIs).
  2. Utilize an existing network and act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored investment solutions to clients.
  3. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the company’s presence in the Swiss-German region and strengthen brand recognition among professional investors.
  4. Execute targeted sales initiatives to meet and exceed growth objectives.
  5. Collaborate closely with acquisition, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment between investor needs and the company’s offerings.
  6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, positioning it as a key player in the Swiss real estate investment market.
  7. Provide feedback and actionable suggestions to enhance platform features and improve client experiences.

Qualifications

  1. Proven track record in sales and relationship management, particularly with professional investors (e.g., family offices, wealth managers, private banks).
  2. At least 3 years of experience in investor relations, private banking, or related roles within the financial sector.
  3. Demonstrated ability to establish and grow a network within Zurich’s professional investor community.
  4. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Fluency in German and English (Swiss-German is an advantage).
