">- Develop and implement product development strategies to drive growth and profitability.

- Provide technical clarification of customer requirements and change requests.
- Lead training programs for customers, sales, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
">- Masters degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) preferred.
- International working experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Product Management, or Business Development, ideally in high voltage or energy environment.
- Good technical understanding and analytical skills.
- Proficient MS Office user and SAP knowledge a plus.
- Fluent in English and good command of German language.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, presentations, etc.
