Business Development Manager As Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by promoting our subcontracting and “one-stop-shop” medical device solutions — from manufacturing services to ready‑to‑market medical devices. Your focus markets will be the EU, with ongoing expansion toward Eastern Europe and BRICS countries. Mission and Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with new clients Support marketing and sales strategies to expand subcontracting activities Support exhibitions, conferences, and digital marketing (web and social media) with our event and marketing manager Support management in new market entry through contacts, visits and marketing actions Qualifications Entrepreneurial and result‑oriented mindset Proven experience in marketing or sales within the medical device industry Excellent communication and public speaking skills Willingness to travel up to 50% (customer visits, prospection, contract reviews, conferences, etc.) Technical or regulatory background preferred Fluent in English and French (German or other languages are an asset) We offer A growing company in a competitive and innovative industry A young, dynamic team with real growth opportunities Attractive employment conditions and performance‑based incentives Please include CV and references to your application #J-18808-Ljbffr
