To strengthen our dedicated team, we are seeking to fill the following position immediately or by agreement:

Your Responsibilities
  • Converting and setting up extrusion blow molding machines with corresponding documentation (including setting parameters)
  • Starting up and optimizing extrusion blow moulding machines
  • Carrying out tests as part of the production release (test instructions, UN test)
  • Carrying out sampling with corresponding documentation
  • Monitoring the systems and product quality during ongoing production
  • Eliminating faults and intervening in the event of quality deviations
  • Carrying out root cause analyses in the event of customer complaints or quality problems in production
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement process
  • Responsibility for order and cleanliness in production
  • Carrying out/supporting general maintenance and servicing work on machines and equipment
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training as a plastics technologist / process engineer or similar training in the field of plastics technology
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of extrusion blow molding (plastic containers –> desirable)
  • High quality awareness as well as an independent and careful way of working
  • High degree of personal responsibility
  • Good written and spoken German / good communication skills
  • Good documentation skills, ideally good MS Office knowledge
  • Team-oriented and motivated personality
