Fischer Söhne AG, based in Muri, Switzerland, is a leading provider of extrusion blow molding and injection molding solutions for demanding customers in the life sciences and industrial sectors. With over 100 years of experience, our company is known for innovation, quality, and customer focus.

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are seeking to fill the following position immediately or by agreement:

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate development tasks (internally/externally)
  • Project management with responsibility for schedules, costs, and quality
  • Development of injection molding and extrusion blow molding parts
  • Procurement of equipment and tools, from drafting specifications to sampling and qualification/validation
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with all internal departments and experts on the customer and supplier side
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training (plastics technician, polymechanic, or designer)
  • Further training as a plastics technicianIdeally, experience in extrusion blow molding and injection molding
  • Experience in the development and design of plastic components
  • Experience in managing challenging customer projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and 3D CAD (ideally SolidWorks)
  • Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in regulated environments: ISO 13485, MDR, and GMP
  • Highly reliable, precise, and proactive
  • Team-oriented, motivated, and responsible personality
