Contract and Service Manager | Asset Management

Your Tasks:

  1. Monitoring of contracts and their life cycle with external data providers, consultants, outsourcing partners, etc.
  2. Ongoing analysis of contractual requirements with line managers in terms of performance and service quality.
  3. Ongoing analysis of changing needs, adaptation of external services and optimisation of costs and budgeting.
  4. Solving operational problems with suppliers and providing smooth services.
  5. Support of Procurement in the commercial evaluation of suppliers and with competitor comparisons regarding best practice.
  6. Organisation and coordination of audits of data providers, consultants, outsourcing partners, including monitoring of suppliers' contractually agreed performance to ensure compliance for all obligations and commitments.
  7. Independent handling of daily tasks between internal and external stakeholders, in particular in the case of inadequate service provision.
  8. Management and processing of market data related contractual matters.
  9. Implementation of restore processes in the case of complaints, change orders, etc.
  10. Conducting training sessions for the compliant use of market data and sensitising participants to risk-oriented use of services.
  11. Ongoing communication with service providers and situational ad-hoc projects.

Your Profile:

  1. Master's or Bachelor's in (Business) Law or Economics.
  2. Experience in contract management, preferably in the fund industry or in banking.
  3. Strong understanding of contract requirements and processes.
  4. Experience leading projects to optimize quality and value.
  5. User knowledge of the products of outsourcing partner, external consultant companies, data provider (Bloomberg, Morningstar, etc.).
  6. Interested in independent project management.
  7. IT flair for processes and systems (e.g. databases) and big data issues.
  8. Ability to work under pressure with flexibility.
  9. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  10. Good Office and Excel skills.
  11. English as well as German.
