Einkauf ist unsere Leidenschaft Wir sind verantwortlich für sämtliche Beschaffungsprozesse innerhalb der V-ZUG AG und unterstützen die Organisation dabei, alle benötigten Materialien zur richtigen Zeit, in der gewünschten Menge und mit der benötigten Qualität verfügbar zu haben – und dies zu einem kompetitiven Preis. Unsere Abteilung gliedert sich in die Bereiche direkter und indirekter Einkauf und umfasst aktuell 20 Mitarbeitende sowie ein «international procurement office» in Shanghai mit 5 Kollegen.

Das bietet dir die Stelle

  1. Du bist für die Erstellung und Umsetzung von Warengruppen- und Lieferantenstrategien im indirekten Bereich verantwortlich.
  2. Du führst Preisverhandlungen und Vergabeentscheidungen von Waren und Dienstleistungen im indirekten Einkauf selbstständig durch und bist zuständig für die Zielkostenerreichung.
  3. Du bist vertraut mit der Durchführung von Kostenanalysen für Produkte.
  4. Als Category Manager arbeitest du eng mit diversen internen und externen Stakeholdern wie Lieferanten, Facilitymanagement, Servicecenter, Zugoramas sowie Projektleitungen zusammen.
  5. Du baust Netzwerke auf, sei es innerhalb der V-ZUG AG in andere Fachabteilungen oder nach außen mit Partnern, Lieferanten oder Kunden, um gemeinsam Innovationen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  6. Des Weiteren sorgst du dafür, dass Waren und Dienstleistungen im indirekten Bereich stets verfügbar sind.

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit

  1. Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung als Einkaufsfachmann/-frau oder Technischer Kaufmann/-frau und konntest bereits Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf sammeln, vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen.
  2. Du überzeugst uns durch dein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie deine technische Affinität und zeichnest dich durch deine lösungs- und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit aus.
  3. Du bist ein Teamplayer, kommunizierst klar und direkt und bist es dir gewohnt, regelmäßig Feedback zu geben.
  4. Du bringst sehr gute ERP-Kenntnisse und ein gutes Verständnis von Office-Anwendungen mit.
  5. Deine verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
