Our mission is to be a delivery-only company with a portfolio of brands that offer more than expected - a pioneer in the virtual foodservice revolution.

We are now ready to roll out our Partnerprogram all over Switzerland.
Tasks- Strategic Planning and Execution: Support the CEO in setting and tracking OKR's for growth
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline cross-functional processes, ensuring seamless communication between teams like kitchen operations, marketing, and expansion.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects such as implementing Uber Direct and launching Geneva and Lausanne ghost kitchens.
- Data and Reporting: Provide insights by analyzing metrics like repeat customer rates, order volumes, and partner performance, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Team Development: Coordinate management team coaching programs and track their progress to improve leadership and performance.
- Board and Investor Relations: Prepare materials and follow-ups for board meetings and manage communications with angel investors.
- Food & Scaling: You have proven that you know how to scale food operations.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align daily operations with long-term business goals and provide insights for growth and scaling.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing complex projects and ensuring timely delivery across multiple teams.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing performance metrics (e.g., sales, margins, repeat orders) and generating actionable recommendations.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams, board members, and investors.
- Leadership and Team Coordination: Experience in coaching or mentoring teams to improve performance and foster collaboration.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and address challenges creatively and effectively.
