Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung der globalen HR-Strategie
  • Führung des internationalen HR-Teams von ca. 15 Mitarbeitern
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für alle HR-Bereiche einschließlich Talentmanagement, Personalentwicklung, Mitarbeiterbindung und Vergütungsstrategien
  • Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen innerhalb des Management-Teams zur Förderung einer Kultur der Innovation und Inklusion
  • Budgetverantwortung und Überwachung der HR-Ressourceneffizienz

Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in HR, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehr als 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung in leitender, gesamtverantwortlicher HR-Positionen in international tätigen Unternehmen
  • Erfolge bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Strategien, die den Unternehmenserfolg unterstützen
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang und der Gestaltung mit/von Restrukturierungs- und Transformationserfordernissen sind wünschenswert
  • Qualifikation in der Führung internationaler Teams in multikulturellen Kontexten
  • Vorzugsweise Branchenerfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik oder im Maschinenbau

  • Überzeugende Führungsqualitäten mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, sich in verschiedenen internationalen Umfeldern sicher zu bewegen
  • Ausgeprägtes Geschäftsverständnis und Wahrnehmung einer aktiven Business-Partner-Rolle
  • Hohes Maß an ethischen Standards und Engagement für Vertraulichkeit und Integrität
