Nous recherchons un(e) IT Service Catalog Manager pour piloter la structuration et l’évolution du catalogue des services IT, en garantissant la valeur apportée aux métiers. Ce rôle stratégique contribue à l’optimisation des coûts et à la mise en place des meilleures pratiques ITIL. 🎯Votre mission Définir et maintenir le catalogue des services IT en garantissant clarté et cohérence. Mettre en place des modèles de valorisation et suivre les coûts réels. Créer des tableaux de bord financiers et produire des rapports pour la direction IT. Assurer la conformité avec les standards ITIL et intégrer les pratiques FinOps pour optimiser les coûts. Participer à la préparation des budgets et des prévisions financières. 💼 Votre profil Expérience avérée en gestion de catalogue IT et pilotage économique. Connaissance ITIL et FinOps.
