Deine Aufgaben als Project Manager

  • Du übernimmst die Leitung lokaler Projekte im Bereich Service und setzt diese eigenständig um.
  • Bei internationalen Projekten im Servicebereich arbeitest du aktiv mit und trägst zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung bei.
  • Strategische Tourenplanungen werden von dir entwickelt und optimiert, um Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
  • Du erstellst regelmässige Auswertungen und Analysen, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu unterstützen.
  • Die Harmonisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie die Förderung eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses gehören zu deinen Hauptaufgaben.
  • Für Ad-hoc-Einsätze und Sonderaufgaben stehst du in enger Abstimmung mit dem Head of Service and Logistics bereit.

Du bist in der Lage, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu erkennen und in erstklassige Lösungen umzusetzen.

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftsingenieur oder Prozessfachmann/-frau HF.
  • Reisebereitschaft (20-40 %) und ein gültiger Führerschein gehören für dich dazu.
  • Deine Erfahrung in Projektarbeit und in der Analyse sowie Optimierung von Prozessen macht dich zum Organisationstalent.
  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität mit und beherrschst MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sicher.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten, zählen zu deinen Stärken.
  • Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung helfen dir, Veränderungen effektiv zu begleiten.
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
