Project Manager IT (m/w/d) Activities

  • Establish project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full scale resource, project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Prepare and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Clearly and promptly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Produce and present progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.

Requirements

  • University background university of applied sciences or comparable.
  • Over 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all facets of process development and execution.
  • Extensive track record with engineering software and related technologies and products.
  • Sophisticated and extensive footprint in waterfall methodologies; experience in agile delivery methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German skills at business level and additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to relate to each level within the organization.
  • Strong intercultural and interpersonal skills.
