Employee Relations Manager

Main Tasks:
- Define and communicate internal policies pertaining to Human Resources.
- Manage our workplace policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Swiss labor law and the latest regulations for the benefit of our employees and Huawei.
- Responsible for the compliance and management policies related to Human Resources.
- Conduct personnel management, including work contract preparation, onboarding process, and exit process.
- Collect and analyze employee data.
- Use data to create employee profiles.
- Organize and update employee files.
- Responsible for contractor management, including confirming needs with the business department, conducting interviews, and recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist/Manager or similar role (5-10 years).
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Employee Relations Manager.
- German and English at a business fluent level are mandatory; French is an advantage.
