We're looking for an experienced Project Manager for the Engineering Team in our Corporate Accelerator. If you excel at collaboration, building strong relationships, and delivering results, we want to meet you

Your main challenges
  • Closely collaborate with engineers and business developers to drive effective project management processes in product development projects from concept to market launch.
  • Foster a highly collaborative environment that encourages transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and oversee execution of field test and customer projects, pushing newly developed products and product families to the market.
  • Organize and lead daily stand-ups, as well as planning, review and risk assessment sessions, ensuring team alignment and progress tracking.
  • Establish effective relationships with suppliers and support procurement needs within the project scope.
  • Work alongside industry leading experts and influential managers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What we look for
  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Master's degree
  • Experience in project management within a product development organization covering both software and hardware.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Agile, waterfall and hybrid project management frameworks.
  • Proven the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, ensuring efficient processes and removing impediments.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or equivalent education.
  • Good understanding of product management principles and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You embrace a servant leadership approach and thrive in supporting your team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Flexible and collaborative, you adapt easily to shifting demands and embrace a responsive development approach.
  • You are enthusiastic about working in a multidisciplinary, collaborative and international environment to achieve greater outcomes
