Als Advanced Customer Consultant bist du maßgeblich für die Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden verantwortlich. Du kümmerst dich um die Implementierung und Koordination von Bestellungen, führst Kundenprojekte während der Implementierungsphase und hältst durch aktive Kommunikation unsere Kunden stets auf dem Laufenden. Dein Ziel ist es, eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten und einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Servicequalität sicherzustellen.
Aufgaben:
- Telefonisches Bearbeiten von Störungsfällen im Bereich Mobile in deutscher Sprache
- Diagnostizieren der Benutzeranfragen und Störungsmeldungen mit Hilfe verschiedener Systeme
- Sicherstellen einer reibungslosen, effizienten und zeitgerechten Bearbeitung der anfallenden Aufträge
- Troubleshooting im Bereich Mobile und das daraus resultierende Case Management
- Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse, um Lösungen für nicht alltägliche Aufgaben und Anfragen zu finden
- Mehrwert generieren für unsere Kunden mit Verkäufen von Zusatzprodukten
- Einhaltung der KPIs im Benchmark
Anforderungen:
- Erfahrung im Bereich Call Center / Kundenservice
- Technische Affinität
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und überdurchschnittliches Engagement
- Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Abgeschlossene Lehre, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Verkauf, Dienstleistung, KV oder Kundendialog
- Bereitschaft während den ersten 3 Monaten vermehrt im Büro (Zürich Glattpark) zu arbeiten, danach Option auf 2 Home Office Tage pro Woche
- Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse zwingend, Italienisch, Französisch und Englisch sind ein Plus
