Head of Buying

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kategorien-spezifischer Einkaufsstrategien zur Förderung des Unternehmenswachstums
  • Leitung, Motivation und Weiterbildung des Einkaufsteams sowie Förderung der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Lieferantenbeziehungen, einschließlich Verhandlung von Preisen, Zahlungsbedingungen und Lieferzeiten
  • Sicherstellung eines ausgewogenen und marktgerechten Produktsortiments auf Basis von Datenanalysen und Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von KPIs wie Abverkaufsquoten, Bruttomargen und Lagerumschlag
  • Nutzung moderner Tools zur Prozessoptimierung sowie Einführung neuer Trends und Technologien, um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu sichern

Profil / Anforderungen:

  • Umfassende Einkaufserfahrung von über 8 Jahren im E-Commerce oder Einzelhandel, idealerweise mit Expertise im Fashion-Bereich und Kenntnissen der Schweizer Einkaufslandschaft
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle sowie ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Lieferantenmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Vertrautheit mit datenbasierten Entscheidungsprozessen, Prognosetools und Lagerbestandsmanagement
  • Nachweisbare Fähigkeit, ein Team zu führen und zu inspirieren
  • Schnelle und effektive Entscheidungsfindung unter Druck sowie Anpassungsfähigkeit an sich ändernde Marktbedingungen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Dateninterpretation und Ableitung umsetzungsorientierter Einblicke
