Who We’re Looking For
- A technical or scientific degree relevant to the life sciences market.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in life sciences, pharma, or biotech.
- Experience selling services, consumables, or capital equipment in industry and academia.
- Knowledge of academic research funding and grant systems to align with customer needs.
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing the full sales process and engaging with customers in person, via phone, email, or social media.
- A self-starter who thrives on hunting for new opportunities and closing deals.
- Willingness to travel overnight when required.
