Account Manager Urology

We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals who excel in craftsmanship, mechanics, and hands-on problem-solving to join our team as a Campervan Technician in our depot.

This role is critical to ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained at the highest standards, enabling our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys.

As a Campervan Technician, you will be part of our Zurich team and work with the Central Europe Regional Team. Your primary responsibility is to maintain our campervans available at all times and in the highest possible condition, contributing to an efficient operation and customer satisfaction. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Reporting directly to the local leader, your primary responsibility will be executing all processes and procedures related to that objective, namely:

  1. Conduct systematic inspections of vehicles and diagnose problems in vehicles’ mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
  2. Perform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including:
    1. Preventive and corrective maintenance
    2. Light bodywork repairs that involve spare parts replacement (lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors)
    3. Campervan spare parts substitution and repairs
    4. Campervan appliances troubleshooting and repairs
    5. Maintain and develop relationships with external partners
    6. Coordinate the execution of vehicles’ interventions with external suppliers and regional teams
    7. Keep all vehicle information systems updated according to established procedures
    8. Move campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities, or other depots
    9. Maintain depot equipment and spare parts organized and clean
    10. Maintain spare parts inventory systems updated at all times
  3. As part of the local team, you will also be involved in the daily operations of the depot and will execute tasks related to that effect, namely:
    1. Preparation of vehicles and equipment for customers
    2. Assist with handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests, and taking care of check-ins and check-outs
    3. Receive and collect shipments and supplies, organize them in the storage area, register item consumption, and new orders
    4. Maintain depot equipment, extras, and consumables stored at the depot

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, technical or a similar program in the automotive industry
  • At least 1+ years of experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs - experience in campervans is a plus
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree preferred
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • English and German proficiency, with good communication skills
