Account Manager

On behalf of our client, an award-winning and rapidly expanding start-up with a presence in over 70 countries, we are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Account Manager.
With a multi-cultural, high-performing team spanning Europe, the Americas, and Asia, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is eager to contribute to the company's continued success.
Job Description
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Travel to meet clients in Europe, Asia and Latin American on Average 3 times a year
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Good understanding of MS Office and MS Excel Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- A hunger to be part of a growing Start Up, and to contribute to the success for years to come.
