Missions

The jobholder acts as a resource to support and increase the company’s brand awareness and to support the sales organization to meet and exceed its objectives.

Marketing
  1. Implementation of the marketing plan in cooperation with the head of marketing and the local management.
  2. Help coordinating nationwide consistent activities with focus on the German speaking part.
  3. Help develop online and offline marketing efforts in Switzerland.
  4. This may include developing online campaigns, social media, website email database management, newsletter management and development of marketing materials.
  5. Maintenance of website and social media content.
Support Sales Team
  1. Strengthen marketing in order to generate new sales leads.
  2. Help with clients proposals and overall support the sales team with tools and material.
  3. Maintain data in Salesforce.
  4. Ensure administrative activities such as: schedule and organize meetings, conferences, travel itineraries, organize phone conferences, prepare presentations, notes, charts and tables, graphics.
  5. Help managing local industry partnerships.
  6. Help coordinate, and eventually attend, conferences/trade shows at which the sales team members will participate. This includes organizing the booth and the necessary furnishing, travel and lodging for the team and other details as needed.
Your Profile
  1. Education: Coming from training in Marketing or communication.
  2. Experience: Initial experience in a similar role is desired.
  3. Proactivity, autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  4. Good command of office and IT tools (Office Pack, Outlook).
  5. Excellent writing and written communication skills.
  6. Advanced level in English and German, both oral and written.
