Your Role

As a BlueCallom Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will be wearing different hats. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who can manage a diverse range of tasks with precision and professionalism. As Sales & Marketing assistant, one of the key roles is to be a first point of contact between customers, partners, vendors, media and the market in general. You will be instrumental in facilitating internal and external communications, coordinating day-to-day activities, and supporting key business functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about AI-driven innovation. Any experience in taking care of business reporting, financials and budgets is a plus.

- Experience with Generative-AI like ChatGPT
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in a tech or start-up environment
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience preparing management reports, with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel)

As Sales and Marketing Assistant you will
- Arranging meetings, calls

- Customer communication (calls and mail)

- Prepare the financials and budgets for bookkeeping

We are looking for people who fluently speak English and German.
