Event Sales Assistant

Our client is a well-established Fintech located in Zurich city centre.
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO who is looking for a long-term commitment in an EA function. This role requires excellent communication skills to manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO, as well as the ability to collaborate with the marketing team on various initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, personable, and able to foster strong working relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Support the marketing team with various tasks and contribute to marketing-related projects as needed.
- Maintain and organize confidential documents and records.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company-wide initiatives.
- Foster a positive and efficient work environment by collaborating effectively with the CEO and the entire team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive correspondence with discretion.
- Experience in or exposure to marketing-related tasks is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Fluent in English with very strong written and verbal skills; some proficiency in German would be plus.
- Swiss / EU or relevant working permit for Switzerland.
