Job Description About the role:The Transformation Lead drives and manages transformative plans in Takeda. We are looking for a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, project management & digital skills to ensure successful execution of transformation projects aligning with our goals. Coaching will engage people through the transformational change while well-being is improved.
The Transformation Lead will report to the Site Head. You will work across the site to identify and resolve issues to allow the site to achieve its Governance Pillars in EHS, Quality, Value, People, and Delivery.
How you will contribute:- Lead the Transformation Program which purpose is to define, propose, and endorse organizational & process improvements to strongly simplify and gain agility.
- Develop and implement transformation strategies to improve business performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time and within budget.
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor progress of transformation initiatives and adjust as necessary.
- Analyze data to assess the impact of transformation plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a culture of simplification, lean, and continuous improvement.
- Report on project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Be an ambassador for the Takeda Values of Integrity, Fairness, Honesty, and Perseverance.
- Engage pro-actively with teams through active 1:1s, skip levels, development planning, and regular site updates that fosters a continuous learning and growth environment.
- Celebrate with the use of proactive recognition tools that inspire teams and individuals.
- Drive an environment that ensures the team has clear work plans and development plans that get each employee to their full potential through coaching and mentoring.
- Align your team and individual goals to provide a direct line of sight for each employee to the team and site/company objectives.

- Benchmark across industries to develop a best-in-class lean organization and simple internal processes.
- Encourage new and innovative approaches to improve the value stream.

Critical / Key skills:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in sciences, business excellence, or business administration or related discipline. A master's diploma is desirable.
- Lean Black Belt certification desirable, minimum a Lead certificate (green belt or other).
- Strong expert in Lean tools (ex: VSM).
- Capability in developing people and teams with at least 8 years of experience in business excellence with a proven track record in transformation plans.
- Proven record of accomplishments of working in a Pharma/Biopharma company or related industry is desirable.
- Proven ability around working cross-functionally, focusing on tracking to schedules and embracing an interdependent work culture.
- Experience working in a GMP/regulated environment is desirable.
- Good knowledge of developing and improving site planning systems.
- Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing location.
- Lead approved projects and continuous improvement plans according to the site strategies.
- Fluent in English
- French mother tongue
- ERP proficient (SAP/E1…)
- Knowledge of current warehouse technologies.
- Ability to translate the vision and goals of the company and site to the self-directed teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you may:
- Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet, and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.
- Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish, and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
- Work in a cold, wet environment.
- Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.
- Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers, and Celite that may require respiratory protection.
