Production Excellence:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Site Manager to lead our manufacturing site and drive excellence in all aspects of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Excellence: Oversee site activities to ensure financial, qualitative, and performance targets are met, in compliance with regulations.
- Innovate and Optimize: Guarantee the integrity of the manufacturing process and adherence to specifications, ensuring business continuity and high-quality standards.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, representing our company with professionalism and integrity.
- Promote Well-being: Champion a safe and healthy work environment, promoting a culture of safety and compliance with HSE standards.
- Lead and Develop: Oversee site management, communication, and human development, ensuring adherence to legal standards and company values.
- Strategize and Plan: Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and logistics departments to execute strategic and operational planning.
- Analyze and Improve: Regularly review site indicators to identify immediate actions and long-term optimization projects.
- Risk Management: Assess and report major business disruption risks, managing crises effectively when necessary.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Engineering or Master degree, ideally with a specialization in production management, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Significant experience in a production operations management role or a similar position, preferably within an international environment.
- Production Expertise: In-depth understanding of production management, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Leadership Skills: Proven project management and leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding diverse teams.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication skills, fluency in both German and English.
- Decision-Making Ability: Strategic and operational decision-making skills in a dynamic and demanding environment.
